What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your location and order amount. During checkout on our website, a summary of shipping costs will be displayed before you complete the payment.

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. For shipments outside the EU (+ United Kingdom) import or customs duties may be charged. The amount of these duties depends on the nature and value of the products, shipping costs and other factors. If the destination country charges import duties, the customer is responsible for payment to the relevant authorities.

If you are unsure whether you need to pay import duties, please contact your local customs office.

If you do not pay the import duties, your package will be returned to us. You can request a refund, but shipping and handling fees may be deducted.

When can I expect my package?

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. In general, we aim to deliver orders within the Benelux 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. International orders may take a little longer due to customs and transit times.

The average delivery time of products is:

• For Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1 to 2 working days after payment of the order
• For France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria: 2 to 3 working days after payment of the order
• For the rest of the world: 3 to 5 working days after payment of the order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your package via the website of the parcel service.
