Refund policy

In accordance with the law concerning commercial practices and the information and protection of the consumer, the Customer has the right to notify 3ACTION that they are cancelling the purchase, without paying a penalty and without having to provide a reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day following the delivery of the Product. In this case, the Customer must return the undamaged and unopened Product to 3ACTION at their own expense. Within thirty (30) days of receipt, 3ACTION will proceed with a full refund of the Product. Before returning the product, the Customer must inform 3ACTION by email at info@3actionsportsnutrition.com. The right to a refund is forfeited if the products are returned opened, damaged, dirty, partially used, or incomplete by the Customer.

After this fourteen (14) working day period, the delivery of the Product will be considered satisfactory and, except in the case of a hidden defect in the Product, no complaints can be submitted to 3ACTION.
