3Action Nougat Energy Bar is very low in fat, fibre and protein. Bars that are rich in fat, fibre and protein slow down the emptying of the stomach during exercise, and therefore also slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates). The Nougat Energy Bar is very rich in carbohydrates (95%) and also contains Palatinose, which releases energy more slowly thanks to the unique glucose-fructose bond. The combination of fast sugars and Palatinose not only provides the body with energy quickly, but the fuel also remains available for longer.
Thanks to its soft texture, Nougat Energy Bar is very easy to chew and quickly absorbed, even during intense exertion.
In summary, Nougat Energy Bar provides a fast and long-lasting energy supply during exercise and is therefore not only suitable for endurance athletes (such as cyclists, marathon runners, etc.) but certainly also for team and racket sports athletes.
