3Action Energy X-tra Bar is a tasty energy-rich cereal bar with added Guarana. It provides the body with the necessary energy for both short and long efforts.
The bar contains a very low fat content (only 2%), few proteins and few fibers, which prevents gastrointestinal problems. After all, bars that are rich in fats, proteins and fibers slow down the emptying of the stomach during exercise, cause gastrointestinal problems and therefore also slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates).
In addition, 3Action Energy X-tra Bar contains Palatinose, a unique glucose-fructose compound, which prolongs the energy release. The combination of fast sugars and Palatinose not only provides the body with energy quickly, but also keeps the fuel available to the body for longer. The added Guarana provides an extra boosting effect.
The 3Action Energy X-tra Bar has a delicious Cookies-Chocolate flavour and a soft 'bite' but does not melt in warm weather. This makes it an ideal bar for the warm summer months! It has a soft texture, is not sticky and is easy to eat before or during exercise. One bar contains 36g carbohydrates and 30mg sodium chloride.

Recommended use: Take 1 to 2 bars per hour of exercise in combination with water, depending on the duration, effort and other sports nutrition combinations.

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. For shipments outside the EU (+ United Kingdom) import or customs duties may be charged.
