3Action Energy Bar is a tasty, energy-rich oat/grain bar with Belgian chocolate and provides the body with the necessary energy for both short and long efforts.
Despite the chocolate, the bar contains little fat, protein and fiber, which prevents gastrointestinal problems. After all, bars that are rich in fat, protein and fiber slow down the emptying of the stomach during exercise, cause gastrointestinal problems and therefore also slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates).
In addition, 3Action Energy Bar contains Palatinose, a unique glucose-fructose compound, which prolongs energy release. The combination of fast sugars and Palatinose not only provides the body with energy quickly, but also keeps the fuel available to the body for longer.
The 3Action Energy Bar has a pleasant 'bite' with banana flavour and a chocolate coating. It has a pleasant texture, is not sticky and is easy to eat before or during exercise. One bar contains 34g carbohydrates .

Recommended use: Take 1 to 2 bars per hour of exercise in combination with water or sports drink, depending on the duration, effort and other sports nutrition combinations.
Ingredients: oat flakes 38%, chocolate coating 14% (cane sugar, palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, sweet whey, flavouring, salt), glucose syrup, cane sugar, rice crisps (rice flour, corn flour, palm kernel oil, sweet whey, flavouring, salt), isomaltulose* (Palatinose) 5%, raisins 4%, palm kernel oil, banana powder 3%, sorbitol syrup, maltodextrin, coconut oil, acidity regulator: organic citric acid, flavouring: chocolate, banana. (*)Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. For shipments outside the EU (+ United Kingdom) import or customs duties may be charged. The amount of these duties depends on the nature and value of the products, shipping costs and other factors. When can I expect my package?
