Pancakes with 3Action Protein oats on the go

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of protein oats on the go
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of bicarbonate

 

Preparation:

Open a jar of protein oats on the go and put it in a bowl.

Add 150ml of milk and let the mixture rest for 3 to 5 minutes to thicken.

Add an egg, pinch of salt and a pinch of bicarbonate.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it over medium heat

Pour the dough into the pan to bake small pancakes.

Bake the pancakes until light brown and turn them over to bake the other side

Serve hot with a topping of your choice

 

Tip: Also delicious with protein oats on the go chocolate!
